On October 28th, Michael Coyne (left) and his mother, Sheila Coyne (third from left), talk about their business, Red, White & Brew Coffeehouse, which recently moved to Warwick. Michael, who has a disability, was having trouble finding work a few years ago, until the family opened their business. Also pictured are Richard Leclerc, Director of the Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities & Hospitals (second from left), and Kevin Savage, Director of BHDDH’s Division of Disabilities (fourth from left). The visit by Leclerc and Savage was timed to coincide with National Disability Employment Awareness Month, which is observed during October.
