If you are a staff person from the Division or a Developmental Disability Organization (DDO), and a participant discloses an allegation of sexual assault, please review the Sexual Assault Incident Management Model (SAIMM). SAIMM gives step-by-step instructions on how to deal with a sexual assault allegation. SAIMM was developed by BHDDH, DDO providers, Day One, and the Attorney General’s office.
