Annual Financial Audit Information

To ensure compliance with 212-RICR-10-00-1 (Rules and Regulations for the Licensing of Organizations and Facilities Licensed by BHDDH), the BHDDH Office of Licensure and Standards, in partnership with the BHDDH Office of Financial Management, has sent an email to each provider with their audit obligations under the regulation.

Organizations are required to contract with an independent certified public accountant to conduct an annual audit of their financial statements. In addition, under § 1.17(B)(3), organizations must submit audited financial statements, along with audit findings, recommendations, corrective action plans, and any supplemental schedules as required by the Department.

The FY 2025 audited financial report must be sent to BHDDH Licensing and Fiscal by e-mail to both Rob Aguon and Susan Costa by September 30, 2026. 

A notice was sent to all providers by email, and you can find the information needed by the department in the attached documents.
